The ILM Recognised EA 7 Key Management Skills Programme is a programme for EAs and PAs who wish to advance their understanding and knowledge of management skills and how to apply them within their roles. The result will be an increased contribution and support you can give to your Executive and their Team.

The core management skills are Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Team Player, Organisational Skills, Planning, Delegating, Problem Solving, Decision Making. The programme focuses on learning, activities, case studies, group work and discussion around the principles of management and how they can be applied within the EA and PA role. The programme meets the demand in a modern office for a comprehensive programme which will develop the skills, confidence and abilities of EAs and PAs to perform at the highest level.
