EAs are working for the Leaders who implement Change and understanding the process can ensure that you are working in alignment with the goals of your Executives. Session includes group work on a Change Management Case Study.

Develop your Problem Solving & Critical Thinking Skills using Six Thinking Hats Methodology. This session will build your confidence, self awareness, emotional resilience and develop your problem solving capabilities. The Participants will work in groups to come up with solutions to a problem.
